关于冒用365英国上市公司名义实施虚假招生的严正声明

近期，部分社会机构及个人冒用365英国上市公司365英国上市公司名义，向外国籍学生发放虚假留学生预录取通知书、扰乱365英国上市公司来华留学生招生秩序，损害学院声誉及学生合法权益，现严正声明如下：

一、365英国上市公司来华留学生招生工作严格按照官方发布的《国际学生招生简章》开展，招生条件、申请流程、录取结果均通过官方平台公开，全程规范透明。365英国上市公司无任何特殊招录途径，任何特殊招录说法均为虚假宣传，请广大考生切勿轻信。

二、未经365英国上市公司授权的个人或机构举办与招生挂钩的宣讲、培训、咨询等营利活动或以365英国上市公司名义开展前述活动，均属于侵权行为。

三、请广大外国籍学生及家长提高风险防范意识，不要轻信非官方宣传，谨防受骗。

对上述侵权主体，365英国上市公司将保留追究法律责任的权利，对涉嫌违法犯罪的，将积极配合司法机关严肃查处。

Solemn Statement on Unauthorized Use of the Name of the School of International Education for Fraudulent Admissions

Recently, some organizations and individuals have used the name of the School of International Education, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, without authorization to issue fraudulent pre-admission letters to international students. Such activities have disrupted the normal order of our international student admissions, damaged the School’s reputation , and harmed the legitimate rights and interests of students. We hereby solemnly declare as follows:

1. Our international student admissions are conducted strictly in accordance with the officially published International Student Admission Brochure. Admission requirements, application procedures, and admission results are all released through official platforms, and the entire admissions process is standardized and transparent. Our School does not offer any special admission channels. Any claim of “special admission” is false and misleading. Applicants are strongly advised not to trust such claims.

2. Any individual or organization that, without authorization from the University, conducts profit-making activities related to admissions, including promotional events, training, consultation, or other similar activities, or carries out such activities in the name of the University, constitutes an infringement of the University’s rights and interests.

3. International students and their parents are advised to raise their awareness of potential risks, not to trust information from unofficial sources, and to remain vigilant against fraud.

The University reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility against any individual or organization involved in the above-mentioned infringing activities. Where such activities are suspected of violating the law or constituting criminal offenses, the University will actively cooperate with  relevant judicial authorities in investigating and handling the cases in accordance with the law.
